LIMITATIONS FOR FOR SOME VEHICLES

Click here to go directly to Lockum StoreThe LU-6000 License Plate Frame requires 6 7/8" height by 12 13/16" width to fit and clearance to allow the hinge-frame to unfold. Some, some SUV's and Pickups with frames installed behind and downwards of the rear bumper may not allow the LU-6000 security frame to fold all the way down. However it should fold down far enough to install upper registration tags.

Your LU-6000 security frame measures 12 and 5/8 left to right and 6 and 3/4 top to bottom. (please check your vehicle to be sure you have space for your LU-6000)

There are some SUVs and pickup trucks that have their license plates in front and downwards of the rear bumper, which may not allow your LU-6000 security frame to fold all the way down. However, the frame should fold down enough to allow your yearly registration tags to be installed.
